ABOUT LAUREN BREADMORE

Lauren Breadmore is the passionate and driven CEO of XSOAR Perform. Lauren launched XSOAR with the vision to become a leading organisation that empowers aspiring tennis players of all ages to break boundaries and unleash their true potential.

Breaking boundaries has been in Lauren’s blood since she was born. From a young age, Lauren has always had a deep interest in understanding peak performance, sparked by her drive to reach the pinnacle of professional tennis and to excel across all areas of life.

During her tennis career, Lauren competed on the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) and International Tennis Federation (ITF) professional circuit for 10 years in over 50 countries, played in five Grand Slams at the Australian Open against world top five players and reached a career high rankings of no.1 in Victoria, 4 in Australia and WTA 221.

Through this diverse experience, Lauren developed global networks and professional associations with leaders in peak performance across diverse fields of endeavour including professional athletes, coaches, governing bodies, agents, investors, sponsors, media and business leaders.

Post tennis, Lauren gained extensive business experience working across diverse industries with one of the world’s leading management consulting firms. Lauren has also developed a reputation as a leading scholar having achieved a VCE ATAR score of 99.1 and was awarded the Alexander Wawn Scholar Dux award at Wesley College Melbourne. In addition, Lauren completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with majors in Finance and Management at the University of Melbourne.
