ABOUT OUR ADVISORY BOARD
Peter Breadmore is Chair of the XSOAR Perform Advisory Board. Peter is also the CEO and Founder of Borderless Consulting International which over the last 10 years has provided Executive Consulting Services in the Foreign Aid Sector. He was widely recognised for his work in organisation reform leadership development in the Law and Justice Sector and Learning and Development in Fiji, the Republic of Kiribati, Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea.
Previously he worked in the Victorian Law and Justice Sector and Community Services, leading significant statewide reforms. The reforms included the construction and commissioning of three new prisons, the closure of outdated institutions for the intellectually disabled and relocating staff and clients into the community. He also introduced fundamental changes in business practice within Victoria Police for which he received national awards in Human Resource Management and ICT.
Peter also led expeditions around the world during his day in the British Military. His years as a Soldier and explorer have had a big impact on the philosophy and teachings of our programs which are all about providing people with the tools to break boundaries.
