Our approach starts with discovering every detail about you as an athlete and as a person. Through use of leading diagnostic tools we uncover what makes you unique, identify your core strengths and weaknesses and develop clarity around your vision and goals

2. Design

We design a personalised performance plan that provides you with a clear roadmap to achieve your vision and goals. Your performance plan is devised around XSOAR’s six core performance pillars – technical, tactical, physical, mindset, nutrition and life skills

3. Deliver

The program is delivered by our team of leaders in peak performance that includes coaches, sports psychologists, fitness trainers, nutritionists and life skills experts. Environment, culture, facilities and technology are other key components of our program delivery

4. Measure

To ensure you keep on track in realising your vision and goals, we frequently assess your performance against key success factors found to maximise potential. We use advanced data and sophisticated technology to measure and accelerate your performance

5. Refine

We constantly refine the design and delivery of your performance plan based on how you are progressing. To optimise your performance we tighten the feedback loop between the insight gained from assessing your performance and your performance plan
